Welcome to our class page. 

 

I look forward to working with your child this year. Our ESL classes meet for one hour each day during the ELA skills block. We will be working on the four language domains: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Your child will take the WIDA test in the Spring which will include four tests in these same domains. It is this test that will determine if they still require ESL services.  

 

There are several online resources your child can access through their Clever account. They will need to use the same login information they use when they are on the computer at school. If you have any questions about this, please let me know. I'm happy to help with anything I can.
